Refund / Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied. If you tried our products for the recommended use and are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 60 days of purchase. We will complete a return authorization for you, and then you send it with invoice proof of purchase. A full product product refund will be honored (we don't do administrative charges, although shipping charges are not covered). Please note that a refund can only be guaranteed when SierraSil is purchased directly through the company. SierraSil cannot guaranteed third party sellers will honor this refund policy. Please contact SierraSil customer service before sending any product or receipts for a refund. A valid receipt and the return slip must be provided within 60 days of the original purchase date. This time limitation is for accounting reasons and to encourage you to try SierraSil right away after your purchase! We want you to enjoy Health You Can Feel™.
